How to Feel More Grounded When Life Feels Overwhelming

Life can move fast. Between work, relationships, responsibilities, and everyday stress, it’s easy to feel like you’re just trying to keep up. When everything feels overwhelming, one of the best things you can do is come back to the present moment and ground yourself.

Here are a few simple ways to feel more grounded today:

1. Focus on your breath.
