Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For the purposes of this policy, cancellations and reschedules are treated identically and both require 48 hours advance notice.
- Late Cancellations/Reschedules: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the full session fee.
- No Shows: Missed appointments without any notice will be charged 50% of the full session fee.
- Monday Appointments: Must be cancelled or rescheduled by 4:00 PM the preceding Friday.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Extra time cannot be added to the end of the session.
Repeated Cancellations/No Shows: If you cancel, reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, or miss appointments more than 3 times within a 12-month period, future sessions will require full prepayment at the time of booking and will be non-refundable.
